Recently, producers of ZEE TV’s upcoming reality show, ‘Goriya Chali Gaon’, offered the role to this debonair and ritzy Bollywood actress, who is preparing for some exciting Hindi film and OTT releases. The show features popular names like Tejasswi Prakash, Anita Hassanandani and others and naturally, Nikki was offered the show for the colossal popularity and fan following that she brings to the table. However, the big exclusive news is that the actress has now rejected the shows offer.
On being exclusively asked about her reason for rejecting this reality show, Nikki shares,
“I am quite chuffed and thankful about the fact that the makers felt I could add value to the show. However, I am presently having my hands full with multiple things. I am currently shooting for my upcoming OTT film and a few other things and my schedule is quite preoccupied henceforth. To add to that, somehow, despite negotiations, the commercials didn’t match. I had asked for a certain remuneration based on what I felt was right for me, and they somehow couldn’t match it. So that’s why it didn’t work out, and I rejected it. Having said that, I wish everyone associated with the show good luck.”
Well, it’s going to be quite a miss for fans as they won’t get to see Nikki Tamboli in her best element in the show. Nonetheless, the excitement and anticipation are at their peak, and we cannot wait for Nikki Tamboli to shine bright like a diamond and come out with flying colours in her upcoming projects.
