Set in an outback village, Bhathkandi, the trailer follows a city doctor arriving at the village only to find the village medical clinic completely abandoned and empty. He goes door to door to convince the village people to make use of the medical clinic to find out the political influence, and a fake doctor in the village is completely brainwashing them.

In the trailer, Amol Parashar is seen playing the role of the young city doctor, Dr. Prabhat. The other cast members playing very crucial roles are Vinay Pathak, Akansha Ranjan Kapoor, Akash Makhija, and Anandeshwar Dwivedi.
The series is directed by Rahul Pandey and created by the director of the TV series Panchayat, Deepak Kumar Mishra.
